so, how do I get my product? If not, what do I do next?

"page cannot be displayed" error message after submitting, there is a
good chance that your order has been processed. What you need to do is
to check your email first and see if you have received a confirmation
from us. If you don't receive a confirmation don't resubmit the order

Q8. I ordered a product online using my credit card and never received anything after submitting. What do I do now?
A. If your order was
successfully processed but you did not receive anything by email, an
error may have occurred. There could be a problem with the email
section of the form. Before you do anything, check your email again as
there can be a delay with some email.

Yes, you may order by regular mail if you do not have a credit card, or
prefer not to order online. Just click the button at the bottom of the
order page which says 'click here to print out an order form to mail in
or fax'. Once you have filled this out post it to us to the address
shown on the order form or Fax it to the Fax number shown on the order
form.
